Step 1: Initial Meeting & Walk-Through
We will meet at your home for a full consultation and analysis at no cost to you.
Step 2: Sign Listing Agreement
Both parties will sign an agreement to make our partnership official.
Step 3: Establish a Competitive Price
Pricing your home correctly is crucial to getting you the highest price in the shortest amount of time. We will work together to determine a price that is best for your home in the current market.
Step 4: Prepare Your Home for Listing
This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, staging, photographing, and otherwise preparing your home for potential buyers.
Step 5: List Your Property
We will post your property on the MLS, Zillow®, realtor.com® , and Trulia®. We will prepare a full marketing plan that includes showing your property on social media, through targeted emails, on our professional website and blog, in a formal brochure, on its very own custom website, and more.
Step 6: Begin Showing Your Home
We will schedule showings for potential buyers. All family members will need to leave during showings – including those with paws!
Step 7: Receive Offers and Begin Negotiations
I will review every offer with you in detail before accepting or negotiating on one.
Step 8: Go Under Contract
Accept a final offer with your signature.
Step 9: Oversee Inspection and Appraisal
I will oversee both processes and review any issues that may arise with you along the way.
Step 10: SOLD!
